1. How will I know my claim form has been received? Once we receive your claim form, we will check the details. Once your claim form is approved and processed, you will receive a confirmation email. 2. How long does it take for me to receive my Fujitsu pre-paid Visa card? The Fujitsu pre-paid Visa card takes approximately 8 weeks to be received from the date you receive your confirmation email. 3. What if my receipt / tax invoice is in a business name? Unfortunately, purchases in business names can not be approved. Your receipt / tax invoice has to be in your personal name to prove ownership of the inverter air conditioning system. 4. What if my receipt / tax invoice shows an outstanding balance? As per the terms and conditions, purchase is defined as fully paid for with zero balance owing. Claim forms with receipts / tax invoices showing an amount outstanding will be rejected. 5. What if I do not have an email address? An email address is required so we can email you confirmation that your claim form has been received, approved and processed. You must have an email address to be able to complete the claim form. 6. What happens if my printer fails? Don't worry. As long as you have completed the claim process, we can track your claim form electronically. Please call us on 1300 882 201 for assistance. 7. Can I send in a copy of my receipt / tax invoice? Copies of receipts / tax invoices are acceptable as long as they are legible showing your name, address, contact details and the model number of the air conditioner purchased. 8. Where do I find my outdoor model and outdoor serial number? Your outdoor model number and serial number should be obtained from the actual outdoor unit.
9. I receive the following error message when entering my outdoor model and serial numbers: "This Model/Serial number has already been claimed" Please ensure that you are using the outdoor model and outdoor serial numbers as obtained from the actual unit in your home.
