COVID-19 Overview

Given the current global concerns regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Fujitsu General has formed a Business Continuity Management Team (BCMT) which monitors daily the evolving situation to ensure the company response is both appropriate and aligned with the latest advice of government and health authorities. At all times the safety of its employees, customers and suppliers, is of paramount importance to Fujitsu General. 

The head office and state office locations are temporarily closed, with the exception of the Sydney warehouse, which is still operational for delivery of goods. All office based and sales staff are working remotely.

The Fujitsu General Assist customer service and technical support team continues to be available to answer customer queries and offer support by email ([email protected]) and phone (1300 364 484) between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm AEST Monday to Friday.

Who can I call if my air conditioner needs a service or repair?
Service calls are currently being undertaken by our authorised local Service Agents. Please refer to the Service section of our website to find your closest Service Agent. 

Is it safe to have a technician in my home to service my air conditioner?
Guidelines are in place for contractors visiting homes for repairs. Service technicians will adhere to the Government’s social distancing and social isolation criteria at all times including applying the 1 person per 4 square metres rule along with the 1.5 metre social distancing requirement. The homeowner will also be contacted to confirm that no person in the home is required to self-isolate. 

I am an electrical contractor. Can I still order spare parts?
Yes, the Fujitsu General Assist Web Store is still open to take spare part orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by clicking here. The spare part warehouses are still operational and can dispatch deliveries. Please note slight delays during this time may be experienced and your patience is greatly appreciated.  

Are air conditioning specialists and retail outlets still open?
Each business is responsible for its opening hours. Your nearest Fujitsu General stockist can be found here. Please call ahead to confirm if they are open.

How do I clean my air conditioner?
There is a lot of advice on the Fujitsu General website to help you maintain and clean your air conditioning system as part of your regular maintenance routine.
