FUJITSU GENERAL AUSTRALIA RETURNS POLICY

 

At Fujitsu General Australia, we take pride in our products and services. We value our customers and aim to provide exceptional customer service.

This Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights or remedies, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Returns Process

If you purchase products from Fujitsu General Australia directly via our call centre and there is a fault, or the products do not match your order, you may return, within a reasonable time from initial delivery, an item in accordance with the process set out below.

 

Fujitsu General Australia does not usually offer 'change of mind' returns but we may consider requests on a case-by-case basis on certain conditions (see below, What if I change my mind?).

 

Please contact us on the details listed above to initiate the returns process. We will create a returns ticket on your behalf. You will need this ticket in order to return products to us. In some circumstances we may be able to provide return shipment labels and a pick-up service through a third party logistics service provider (not available for 'change of mind' returns). Otherwise you will need to arrange for return shipment at your own cost.

 

You must provide us with evidence that your Fujitsu product was purchased from us directly (e.g. a packing slip and/or Fujitsu order reference). If you are unable to provide us with this evidence, we may not be able to assist you.

 

We are unable to process returns for purchases made from a third party retailer (including from a Fujitsu dealer or partner). For any returns enquiries for Fujitsu products purchased from a third party retailer, please contact that retailer.

 

1. Pack It

Items must be returned to us in their original condition at the address below within 30 days from initial delivery (except in the case of damaged or faulty items). Carefully pack items into a parcel, ensuring that it is properly sealed, and that you have included within the parcel: the packing slip and/or Fujitsu General Australia order reference. If we have provided you with return shipment labels from a third party logistics service provider, please follow the relevant instructions for use.

3. Refund

Once the item is received and checked by Fujitsu General Australia and assessed as complying with this Policy, a refund, credit, or exchange (as appropriate) will be processed. Customers can expect to receive contact from Fujitsu General Australia once the returned product has been checked, before any refund, credit, or exchange is processed.

 

Any refund, credit or exchange will be processed within a reasonable time (e.g. 14 days) upon Fujitsu General Australia's approval. Refunds will be made against the original debit/credit card used at the time of purchase. Credits will be applied to your Fujitsu General Australia account, and can be redeemed as appropriate.

 

Any refund or credit, will be based on the price paid for the original product. If, however, a product is returned because it is faulty, the returned product may instead be exchanged for an identical product (if available), or otherwise a product of equivalent value and type, to the original product.

 

Products Damaged In Transit / Unwanted Products

If the products being returned were damaged or faulty before delivery, or are not what you originally ordered, we will exchange the products or offer you a refund.

 

What If I Change My Mind?

Please choose carefully as refunds are generally not provided if you simply change your mind. However, if the product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging, Fujitsu General Australia, in its sole discretion, may offer a credit of the original product purchase price or (subject to availability) an exchange.

 

Please note, the product must be returned to us in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase together with evidence that it was purchased from Fujitsu General Australia directly. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.

 

Any credit will only be issued once Fujitsu General Australia has received and inspected the returned item.
