Fujitsu General Australia and New Zealand returned to the green this year to host its 22nd President’s Cup Golf Tournament at two of Australia’s top golf clubs, Twin Waters and Noosa Springs Resort.

Fujitsu General Limited Vice President, Yasushi Asanuma attended the event, joining close to 100 dealers, retail partners and applied customers from Australia and New Zealand, as well as business partners Precise Air and selected suppliers.

The competitors were also joined for the event by both Australian and New Zealand brand ambassadors, Mark Taylor (former Australian cricketer) and Stephen Fleming (former New Zealand cricketer), along with special guest Glenn McGrath.

After a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19 restrictions, everyone enjoyed returning to the event for two days of competition, networking and stunning views of the Sunshine Coast and Noosa National Park. The event was another opportunity for Fujitsu to showcase its new AIRSTAGE branding to customers, giving the proceedings a fresh appearance.

“The President’s Cup always provides members of the Fujitsu General network a unique chance to connect and engage with each other across a fun couple of days filled with friendly competition. This event has become an increasingly important moment in our calendar as it helps us to forge stronger bonds with those we work with,” said Philip Perham, Managing Director, Fujitsu General Australia and New Zealand.

“Congratulations to Shane Medley from Medley Refrigeration and Paul Thompson from Clarence Coast Air Conditioning & Refrigeration for taking home the President’s Cup this year.” Runners up were Nathan Dibb from Ambience Air and Rowan Clare from Jarrahdale Air Conditioning
