Key Responsibilities:
Skills & Experience:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Arrange and conduct meetings with customers on a regular basis
- Attend to any customer account queries in a timely manner
- Use CRM to capture account attributes, meeting planning and recording and all quotation management
- Providing customers a 1st class service
- Create and maintain a sales call plan
- Effectively plan, manage and maintain a portfolio for a range of stakeholders
- Create and implement forecast sales portfolios
- Arranging and conducting regular and relevant training related to the organisation and products/solutions
- Recommend solutions to meet the needs of each customer
- Arranging and conducting formal business reviews and presentations
- Attend functions, events and activities when required
Skills & Experience:
- Experienced in sales - BDM, account management or a similar role is essential
- Previous experience within the home builder/air conditioning/electronics or refrigeration industry is a must
- Tertiary Qualifications in air conditioning/refrigeration or Mechanical / Electrical engineering desirable
- Strong customer focus is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid time management and organisations skills
- Professional yet personable approach
- Willingness and confidence to present training and product information sessions to a large audience
- Able and Interested in building relationships with customers, team members and with members within the extended business
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly self- motivated, eager and result- driven
- Advanced organisational skills including the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency
- Current drivers licence essential
