Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assist Coordinator to assist with planning and scheduling field service technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction and technician productivity. This role involves communicating with a large customer base to coordinate requested work and ensuring scheduled work is completed. Duties such as scheduling, processing orders and warranty claims are also required to expedite repairs for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide industry-leading customer service and support.
- Liaise with customers to organize service calls.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Ensure effective communication with customers and team members.
- Provide low-level technical support.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and inform customers if escalated to management.
- Organize service calls promptly and ensure efficient service call runs.
- Reschedule return visits promptly.
- Maximize technician output and efficiency.
- Restock parts and organize vehicle servicing.
- Prepare service reports for senior management as required.
