We are seeking a talented, driven and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our Fujitsu Assist team in our Head office on a permanent part-time basis, Monday to Friday from 10:00am - 2:00pm. 

Here's what you'll do... 

The Fujitsu Assist team handles inbound customer enquiries relating to product, service, sales, marketing and any technical related issues. Reporting to the Fujitsu Assist Team Leader your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Process all spare parts orders efficiently
  • Process warranty parts and warranty labour claims
  • Process all tickets/email enquiries efficiently
  • Efficient and accurate data entry
  • Field a range of different enquiries from callers and emails and supply with the requested information in a timely, professional customer-focused manner
  • Forwarding callers to the appropriate extension and/or department
  • Ensure customer complaint resolution is undertaken in a timely manner
  • Validate promotional claims
  • Switchboard operations

Here's what you'll be…

  • Portray a high level communication and customer service skills
  • Have excellent time management capabilities
  • Great attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role within a call centre environment would be highly regarded.
