The Opportunity: General Manager | VIC/TAS
As General Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the strategic, operational, and cultural leadership of the VIC/TAS region. Your role will be pivotal in aligning local operations with national goals, building a high-performing and engaged team, and driving long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead with Purpose – Set the tone, inspire your team, and promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Strategic Leadership – Drive alignment between regional and national strategies
- Commercial Ownership – Manage full P&L and ensure sustainable, profitable performance
- Sales & Market Share Growth – Support the sales team in growing market presence and developing new business opportunities
- Operational Excellence – Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery
- Team Development – Champion coaching, capability building, and internal progression
- Forecasting & Planning – Oversee sales forecasting, inventory planning, and performance reporting

- Proven experience in a senior leadership or regional management role
- A strong track record of leading direct and indirect teams
- Solid financial and commercial acumen, including P&L ownership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative approach and a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience in the HVAC or technical services industry is welcome but not essential
Required:
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience
- Proven P&L responsibility and cross-functional collaboration
- Degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Postgraduate qualifications (e.g. MBA) are highly regarded
