We’re on the hunt for a retail Business Manager to join the Sales arm of our business. This role is critical to assist to promote and expand sales of the Fujitsu General air conditioning retail range.

The Business Manager retail will oversee and set the standard of excellence, be responsible for inspiring service levels, and lead projects from concept to completion.

Here's what you'll do... 

Developing and managing retail air conditioning project opportunities to achieve agreed sales budgets

Liaising with internal stakeholders to manage the project forecasting system, providing regular updates with accurate details of retail projects

Maintain a regular call cycle, establishing and maintaining relationships with key personnel across a designated customer base

Designing and preparing quotations from mechanical drawings and tenders

Preparing and conducting product presentations and training sessions

Attend relevant functions and activities such as industry expos as required

Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives

Communication skills second to none

Excellent experience in B2B retail sales

A genuine interest and background in HVAC

Be data and detail focused, as well as people focussed
