We’re on the hunt for a Technical Support person to join the Fujitsu Asist arm of our business. 

Fujitsu Assist helps deliver the Fujitsu General Australia & New Zealand strategy of delivering exceptional customer service through the provision of expert support. Working in a close-knit team with three other technicians around Australia, you will be reporting to the Fujitsu Assist Team Leader.

Here's what you'll do... 

• Provide Technical and general advice and assistance on our products as required to customers (trade, retail and end users) and internal staff
• Authorise service agents to perform repairs
• Support spare parts personnel in the collection and interpretation of information necessary to process orders, credit and claims
• Support the Warranty staff in the assessment of warranty claims including warranty return materials
• Develop and fine-tune training material for the use of in-house and customer training
• Attend service calls and commissioning’s as directed and assist in the workshop where required for training purposes
• Help improve processes and systems to help deliver great customer service and efficiencies.

Here's what you'll look like...

• Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Vast servicing and maintenance experience
• Current ARCTICK licence
• Construction Induction Card (white card)
