Having missed the 2020 conference due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delegates from Fujitsu General Australia and New Zealand met virtually to celebrate their latest milestones and business awards at the 2021 Annual Conference.

The conference was an opportunity for the 90 delegates to reconnect, reflect and prepare for the year ahead, and was also a chance for the group to share industry insights and the company’s vision for the next 12 months.

The delegates were inspired by the business’ Leadership Team, who spoke about positioning employees and customers at the forefront of every decision to secure success into the future. Attendees also participated in daily workshops and heard from thought provoking guest speakers around cultivating innovation and enhancing customer experience at every level within the business.

“At Fujitsu General, we strive to improve culture, be innovative, and provide customers with the best possible service. Our focus this year is to continuously improve in these areas and take ownership of how we react to situations and challenges. This is how we can continue to drive successful personal and business outcomes,” commented Philip Perham, Managing Director at Fujitsu General Australia and New Zealand.
