Are you an experienced sales professional in the HVAC space looking to take the next big step in your career?

We’re partnering with a globally respected HVAC employer of choice to find a Business Development / Account Manager for their commercial division in New South Wales.

This is a dynamic and strategic on-the-road role where your strength in building relationships, confidently sharing product knowledge, and delivering on-the-spot sales pitches will directly contribute to driving growth across the NSW commercial market.

What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:
  • Primarily on the road, meeting with clients face-to-face
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients including Consultants, Architects, Developers, Commercial Builders, and Contractors
  • Build strong, trusted relationships and become the go-to advisor
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC sector
  • Talk confidently about products and deliver engaging, on-the-spot sales pitches
  • Develop tailored proposals and high-value solutions for client needs
  • Lead formal business reviews and deliver impactful presentations
  • Stay ahead of market trends and drive innovative solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
  • Represent the brand at industry events and networking functions

 What You Need to Succeed:
  • Demonstrated success in business development or account management
  • Solid background in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, or electronics
  • Experience working with or selling to consultants, builders, or contractors
  • Commercial acumen with a client-first, solution-driven mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills — especially in person!
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting
  • Tertiary qualifications in HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (advantageous)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally throughout NSW
