Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with customers on a regular basis
  • Attend to any customer account queries in a timely manner
  • Use CRM to capture account attributes, meeting planning and recording and all quotation management
  • Providing customers a 1st class service
  • Create and maintain a sales call plan
  • Effectively plan, manage and maintain a portfolio for a range of stakeholders
  • Create and implement forecast sales portfolios
  • Arranging and conducting regular and relevant training related to the organisation and products/solutions
  • Recommend solutions to meet the needs of each customer
  • Arranging and conducting formal business reviews and presentations
  • Attend functions, events and activities when required
Skills & Experience: 
  • Experienced in sales - BDM, account management or a similar role is essential
  • Previous experience within the home builder/air conditioning/electronics or refrigeration industry is a must
  • Tertiary Qualifications in air conditioning/refrigeration or Mechanical / Electrical engineering desirable
  • Strong customer focus is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid time management and organisations skills
  • Professional yet personable approach
  • Willingness and confidence to present training and product information sessions to a large audience
  • Able and Interested in building relationships with customers, team members and with members within the extended business
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly self- motivated, eager and result- driven
  • Advanced organisational skills including the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency
  • Current drivers licence essential
