Here is why we need you…

We have an exciting opportunity in Fujitsu General Australia to join our Senior Sales Team in the role of National Commercial Manager. Based out of Eastern Creek in NSW and reporting to the Head of Sales, the primary purpose of this role is to lead FGA’s expansion of the Commercial Air Conditioning Sales Channel in Australia. .. 

Here’s what you’ll do…

  • Create a Clear and compelling Vision and strategy for our Commercial Sales Channel
  • Work with the State Manager team to have Fujitsu Air Conditioning products specified during project designs
  • Target new national accounts for growth across all categories
  • Grow commercial and VRF sales through the State Manager group and their respective sales teams
  • Work with key sponsorship partners to leverage B2B opportunities through their network of contacts
  • Establish and maintain relationships with sponsorship contacts in each state and represent FGA as required at customer meetings, events and other functions
  • Implement and manage accuracy of the commercial project pipeline and status of each project through the state manager group and their respective sales teams.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key commercial accounts and consultants in each state and represent FGA as required at customer meetings, events, industry expos and other industry functions
  • As a senior leader in our organisation, you will also be a part of our Collective Leadership team which is responsible and setting our company strategy and delivering our vision.

Here’s what you’ll look like…

  • 5 Years of Commercial Sales Management Experience (Preferable)
  • Ability to work and lead collectively with the team and FGA Management
  • Air Conditioning Industry and Product Knowledge
  • Previous Experience in HVAC Commercial Sales and the ability to set and implement strategies to ensure Fujitsu’s commercial success
  • String administration and computer skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills and the ability to relationships within internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient Analysis and the ability to problem solve
